·      Click the “group reservations" button below the 'Check Availability' button

·      Enter attendee password – CCIA-SDAA

·      Enter date preference

·      Click ‘Check  Availability’

·      Click ‘Select’ on desired room type

·      From there…. ‘Proceed’ onto ‘Reservation information’

·      An email confirmation letter will be sent directly to the address given
